Faculty & Staff Email System

  • Account Registration
    • Staff members can apply for one account per person.
    • Accounts cannot be changed once they are authorized.
    • The account application form must be completed in full (each item must be filled) and printed on A4 paper. There should be no written corrections on the form. Sign the form and submit it to the 1st floor service counter of the IT Service Center. Show your personnel ID card to verify your identity.
    • If the information on applications is complete, accounts will be authorized three days after forms are submitted.
    • Mailbox size limit is temporarily set to 5 GB.

Staff Mail System Application

  • Password Change
    • Fill out a Password Change Application Form, show your personnel ID card, and submit the completed form to the 1st floor service counter of the IT Service Center. Be sure to fill in your personal details. The service center does not accept proxy and phone applications.
    • The password change takes effect two days after application. For more information, please contact the counter (ext. 52817).

  • To send and receive mail using the webmail, go to Roundcube
  • When you are abroad, we suggest you use the webmail to send/receive mail.
